Busy Saturday night with wait, traditional Panamanian seafood-focussed cuisine, musicians. Requested water and mixed drinks; water was reluctant to come to the table. Server disappeared (on break?). This place is always packed at lunchtime with people waiting as well. Not sure if its because its almost the only place open at this time. Service is good, the food is inexpensive and not bad either.
We visited this place as the final meal for our tour group visit to Costa Rica and Panama. The setting is potentially good but currently the view of Panama City is obscured by a road construction wall. Service was slow from the start and repeatedly mistakes were made on orders and drinks. One of my Panamanian host's long time favourites! Try Mixto de marisco al ajillo! Try to find one of the inside tables near the water! Later in the evening, take a leisurely walk along the Causeway near the colourful Museo de la Biodiversidad!
