Wonderful food with equal price tag; Probably difficult to locate unless taken by tour guide, but is rich in history.
We had a lovely, private luncheon at this lovely hacienda. Beautiful grounds to enjoy our welcome Pisco Sours. The servings were large so come with an appetite. It was like dining in someones personal dining room. The Hacienda also has a few rooms that have on display ancient artifacts. Amazing to see.
Interesting view of private museum owned by one of the original Spanish land grant families [Peru had land reform acts passed and most of their land was redistributed]. The surroundings were more impressive than the food.
Travel up a dirt road to this beautiful hacienda in the Sacred Valley. Lunch is served buffet style in the main dining room. The courses are arranged on a long table surrounded by colonial art, fresh flower arrangements and lit by crystal chandeliers. Pace yourself because the appetizers can easily make a full meal. I particularly enjoyed the potato tuna... 更多
Before we left home, we had heard about Hyaccari Hacienda, a private estate that has been converted into a lunch spot in the Sacred Valley. It is nestled into a lovely garden setting, with the original hacienda that you pass en route to the newer building, a guest gourmet lunch spot with 2 types of service. One dining room features... 更多
After your visit in the sacred valley, I recommended you to go to Hacienda Huayoccari. This private residence has an impressive collection of Incan and colonial artifacts and offers superb Andean Nouvelle cuisine
It is a long, narrow dusty road that leads up the hillside to the Hacienda - worth all the dust in your teeth! You arrive at the Hacienda and are greeted by a gracious staff with a stop to refresh and then water and pisco sours. As you begin to walk through room after room of the personal collection of... 更多
I'd recommend this for people who are interested in Inca history, architecture and wonderful Peruvian food. It's a very refined place that's probably not best suited to very active children or someone who is looking for a quick lunch. The hacienda originally belonged to a wealthy family and included a large track of farming land. In 1969 the government nationalized... 更多
We came here for lunch on the recommendation of our friends. It has been ten of us and we wanted to have a place where we had lunch and came back a bit to the old colonial times. Hacienda exactly fulfilled our expectations. Arrival takes you back in time. Rough driving in a zigzag path up the hill. You pass... 更多
Upon arrival, we were treated with a freshly prepared Pisco Sour while strolling the back terrace with stunning view of Scared Valley. We then were seated in the intimate smaller dining room with delicious buffet of varieties of soup, vegetables, meat and desserts. All made with fresh ingredients and quite flavorful. After dinner, we visited the private museum containing a... 更多
