If you want to eat some healthy, fresh cooked food you have to choose kintaro. The staff was friendly and the soups delicious!
Great Japanese just off the main square in Cusco. Can get very busy with large groups, so consider booking. Have some great vegetarian options. My partner and I enjoyed a huge Udon soup, great food for cool nights after days of strolling up and down Cusco
Was craving for some japanese food and decided to try this place out. Had the curry udon, tasted delicious; the only let down was the portion. I was not satisfied due to the small portion. Other than that, everything was perfect. Staff was friendly and smiley, great ambience. Price is reasonable (tourist price)
Kintaro is an excellent choice for vegetarians staying in Cusco. I went there probably three or four times during lunch. For 20 soles, you get miso soup, a small side salad and main course. Everything was excellent and very, very fresh.

Randomly stumbled past this restaurant after eating at every high rated place in Cusco. So happy we found it on our second last day in cusco. Every dish was on point. Authentic miso, beautiful fresh salads, 10/10 karage chicken and tasty sushi. It took us back to some of the top Japanese restaurants we use to eat at back home.... 更多
In a minimalistic but fantastic designed setting authentic japanese food is served. We had lunch menus for 20 soles each including chicken teriyaki with pickles and soupe and cold noodles with pickles and salade plus tea. There is also sushi available and noodle soups.
Throughout my trip in Cusco I was surprised by the variety of food. Kintaro seems like genuine Japanese sushi and provides a wonderful place to pass an evening in Cusco. I ordered 2 rolls: avocado and cucumber (wasn't feeling too well) and a miso soup. It was perfect. Highly recommended.
Dai San has a restaurant to be proud of in Cusco, and for those seeking good, clean, trustworthy food with an authentic Japanese flair, there are no contenders coming close to Kintaro. Living in Cusco, I have eaten here regularly for a year and a half, and have yet to have a sub-standard meal. Special needs? Just talk to Dai... 更多
