Disappointing experience for a Sunday brunch with the family.
Almost all food/eggs and burgers is "a la carte" and has to be ordered to your waiter ,bar service included.
This is not what we expect for a brunch, we didnt see waiters at any table offering champagne nor mimosas...you have to order it.
There's one carving /meat station and one...
While expensive by Santiago standards, if you are staying at the Grand Hyatt, I would recommend the convenience of this excellent restaurant. The dining terrace is particularly pleasant and the service outstanding.
