Just to eat a big dish of pasta. Nothing of special Italian pasta. Not good flavor. If you want to get there better have a pizza. Pizza is well done. I don't recommend this place to eat pasta.
One of the pasta places where you can eat a great dinner at very low prices. You will find the typical Italian dishes, nothing very sophisticated, but very good and the best thing is at the time to pay for it!. They have a limited quantity of main courses, no entrance/appetizers. Definitely worth it.
This restaurant in the very beginning was the true "picada", a cheap place with good food served in huge plates. Passing the years the fame of the place was increasing, and now they have a new house, bigger and better....and they still can be qualified as a picada! The overall experience is just amazing, from the bread they serve that... 更多
For years I had been hearing about Golfo di Napoli and its enormous portion sizes. They weren't kidding. It is well nigh impossible to finish your plate, whether you order pasta or pizza. But this is one Santiago establishment that gets the "doggy bag" and won't look askance. The pisco sours are generous and above average. The bread basket comes... 更多
Make sure that you are hungry ! Very large portions of good basic food. Very fast service, no frills restaurant. Well worth searching out. Excellent value for money don't forget to ask for a doggy bag if you can't manage the portions, eat for 2 days ! Or consider sharing !!
My best choice for italian food in Santiago. Very friendly Italian owner opens you the door...be aware that always there are people waiting!! Very good ambience, the best pasta you can eat for an excelent price. I recommend to share a dish, since I have never finish a complete dish on my own. Very good option to go with a... 更多
I asked for Calzone!! Even though I could eat it its presentation is not the real one!! Dishes are too big and flavor isn't bad. I don't know if the owner is Italian because dishes are not like in Italy! Pizza with tons of capers!! The cheese is not mozzarella
I first visited Golfo Di Napoli around 2005 when it was a small restaurant in Av. Irarrazabal, about two blocks north from its current location. My brother-in-law took me there to try the best pizza in town. Its owner, Vincenzo Guarino, had once won some prize at a pizza competition in Italy. But there was more than pizza at this... 更多
