I went with a couple of Peruvian staples, the lomo saltado and the ceviche, along with a pisco sour (of course). Had an awesome conversation with the waiter. The restaurant was fairly busy, but he was able to chat without causing any bad service.
A large group of us enjoyed a farewell lunch together at ICA. I was surprised that the food was presented so quickly for such a large group of 21.
