I highly recommend this restaurant. It has an amazing menu and food to match, and has a very cosy, rustic atmosphere.
Visited Traktir this March, after a lot of Central Asian food we took an opportunity to try this Ukranian place and it was worth the visit. Food was great, ambience pleasant, decor quirky but classy. Would return happily for more.
The ambience was and remains superb. Proximity to Opera Ballet is a huge plus. But both the food and the service have dropped a notch. The Soulyanka soup though was still amazing. The salmon was ok. The ceasar salad was a major disappointment. Service was atrocious in the sense that we had to wait a long time to be attended... 更多
My host took me there. We had Ukrainian soup. It was nice but had a new taste to me, as I was new in Tajikistan. Then I tried some grilled chicken dishes, these were delicious. The look of restaurant is different and attractive. Staff is nice and understands client's requirements; that's helpful
...with a cozy atmosphere. I can just join the majority of other reviews for the Traktir restaurant: The food is great, sometimes it takes a little longer for it to be prepared, do not sit too close to the main entrance, because it might get cold - and at the end: Just enjoy the nice atmosphere and the very nice... 更多
Finding a safe eating place in Dushanbe is a bit of an adventure. This one ended up well. I was surprised by a nice warm atmosphere coming in from the darkness of Dushanbe streets. The resto has several areas. I like the one a bit further from the entrance door as it is warmer. We were received by a waitress... 更多
Well, I do like this place. At the beginning, I like the name itself. :) But frankly speaking, the food was excellent. I was in Dushanbe in November and the courses were perfectly fitted to the weather... I especially miss the borscht and the fish soup...
Really enjoyed dinner here -- lots of tasty food. Will have to go back for more! Good service and English menu. Very crowded, but service was attentive and swift. Everything was clean and appeared well cared for. Highly recommend.
One of the few restaurants that I usually visit during my stays in Dushanbe. The several lamb dishes are quite good. Menu was recently downsized but still plenty of goodies, they are just harder to find without the pictures
Lots of Ukrainian specialties to choose from. Menu available both in English and Russian. Cozy atmosphere and friendly service. At walking distance from the Serena Hotel. Ideal if you are in Dushanbe for business and feel like having a nice and relaxing dinner after a long day of work. Warmly recommended!
