A classic French bistro feel with the food to match. All meals were good, the beef-based ones especially so. Portions are large so suggest you skip the entree.
Service is good, food is average and simple and definitely not worth the price. Same for the wine... The place has potential but so many other places in town to eat better and cheaper.
That's right. If you like the smell of cigar in the table next to you then this is the place. The food is good. The table wine is also good. Too bad that a small restaurant allows smoking. Which happens to be against the law, but cigar smoking at 7 pm? Wow!

The ambience was professional yet friendly and inviting from arrival to departure. The French Onion soup with Sauvignon Blanc stock topped... 更多
Armand's is small but great. A true bistro with a very limited menu that is all good. The boss is there to ensure quality and will flambe your meal at your table.
As we started our vacation, my boyfriend came down with a nasty chest cold, which meant he was sidelined for several days. When we arrived in Phnom Penh, he had almost recovered, but was worried he couldn't handle the spicy (to him) local food. What luck, then, to find a French restaurant recommended by the NY Times, right? Wrong. Both... 更多
