This is the true meaning of the phrase: "do not judge a book by its cover". From the outside, it looks simple, basic, so-so. But when you taste the food, hmmm ... it's so delicious, tasty. Been there so many times, and every time I order food, it's always sooo tasty. There is no chance to be disappointed. It sounds... 更多
A must visit restaurant in Phnom Penh. They serve Indonesian foods but also some Cambodian foods in big size. Warm and friendly staffs. I love to spend my time with them. Good atmosphere and a very nice place to meet some new friends. I use to call it : "A Second (and informal) Indonesian Embassy of Cambodia" Must try :... 更多
Excellent authentic Indo-Malay food at cheap cheap prices on St 178. Everything is great, I think halal as well, but serves alcohol. Often packed and closed by 9pm highly recommended - I get takeaway at least once a week
But why it is called Waroeng Bali if no Babi Guling? There are already plenty of halal restaurants near the KTVs... No need one more, especcially when it is called missleadingly BALI. Bali = Babi Guling! : )
Ordered Cumi Sambal, Gado Gado and Ayam Betutu for our lunch with Mocha Banana juice and Tamarind with coconut milk (I think) for our lunch. On a short stay in Phnom Penh visited this local restaurant twice. As I would not be going to Indonesia this time, and craved for some Indonesian food, I was not disappointed. Had some nice gado-gado and later also some Udung. Price is absolutely right and one of the lowest you can get in the Riverside area.
