We had the shrimp pad-thai, the rice in the pineapple, watermelon and lemon shakes and an apple strudel. It was really good, I recommend this place.
Ate here 3 times in our 4 night stay in Bangkok, LOVED the food here but the Cheese Wontons are something else!! We will travel here again for the wontons, All the food was great and lovely friendly staff.
We ate at Sawsadee twice on our recent trip to Bangkok. Our group sampled both Thai & Western food. There were on complaints! The service was good & prices are fair.

As to the food - it's quite good, but for example Pad Thai costs here over 100 Baht (120 as I recall) - same thing "on the street" you can buy for 35 Baht. Service - good. Location - good. Toilets - 10 Baht, if you don't buy anything.
I met a friend at a nice table on the street. A cat hung out at our feet during our visit. The ambience was romantic, candlelit dinner. I did not eat, however had a beer. Staff would come to the table when we hollered for them. Nothing significantly positive or negative happened during visit. Overpriced due to area.
We go there today on breakfast - they dont have any normal coffee - we should run when waiter told us this... My housband order toast with chceese - they look so bad, so he decide dont try them. Great restaurant very friendly staff Food breakfast lunch or diner is very good. In the late afternoon the put much more tables outside and become very big I can really recommend this restaurant just round the corner of Rambuttri Village hotel
