It is everything a patisserie could aspire to be. Don't pass this up! Even though there is a line, it moves quickly, and the aromas are heavenly.
This is one of the oldest pastries makers in Casablanca, they are located in the historic neighborhood of "habous", and tend to sell a variety of traditional pastries. Their recepies haven't changed much and i highly recommend their "briwat" and "kaab ghzal"
When visiting quartier habous stop and buy lots of pastries to take home. They have a wide variety of all sorts of tea cakes and mouthwatering goodies.. Plan on putting on a few pounds while visiting Morocco!
