Amazing French restaurant - truly unique and very cosy atmosphere. Went for dinner and loved the real candles! The food is authentic European and the service was great.
We dined here our last night in Aspen and very much enjoyed this pretty and cozy establishment. We sat outside off the street and it was delightful! Nice wine list and we enjoyed a Pastis to begin the evening and then a nice Sancerre. We both ordered the special Creme of mushroom soup and found it a little bland. No... 更多
Wandering around Aspen, we mysteriously found ourselves hungry. That's when my wife and I stumbled upon Creperie du Village. I've developed a fascination for fine sidewalk dining Europe style, and was surprised to find something like it in Aspen. I've already been partial to a good Nutella Crepe. So off went. We actually had the fondue first. The meat quality... 更多
If you're expecting french cuisine, you will be disappointed; visitors come here for the cozy, romantic atmosphere. Great for drinks and fondue or raclette. Disappointing salads, short ribs, dinner crepes and desert crepes. Locals are not fond of this overpriced imitation and its expensive atmosphere.
I enjoy going here because of the atmosphere and location - but, each time I am somewhat disappointed by the price of the food for what you get - plus, it is not as yummy as you would think from many of the reviews - wonderful potential, needs some work. I have lived here 45 years and was very excited... 更多
We saw the top ranking of the Creperie and decided to go for dinner. It all started with a dirty wine glass and silverware with dried food remnants - which I had to get replaced. The menu is very limited so I ordered the Onion Soup and my wife the Kale salad. The Onion soup was cold when it came... 更多
If I can put zero stars for this restaurant, I would have done it. I went there for my 30th birthday and since I just moved to Colorado I only had a temporary license ( which is a legitimate license in Colorado with my picture on it and I use it even to travel). With it I had my previous... 更多
Crepes were good. Soups were average and stingy. Prices are very high. Setting is the best....very French. So okay for a drink but don't eat there!
We stopped by Creperie du Village for dessert after dinner. My brother-in-law has to eat gluten-free, and he was able to get the Nutella crepe made GF. All of the crepes were delicious and decor was very cozy. The waitstaff were friendly and made us feel at home. We will definitely be back!
