Location is good and easy to get to. The food was great. I had my favorite filet mignon and I was not disappointed. Definitely try this spot!

Being a stranger to the USA I must admit I have been a little disappointed with some of the service levels. I have always imaged bubbley vibrant and extremely helpful staff, yet to come across any on this trip. Stopped at the bar for a drink prior to meal, served by a pleasant young lady. The only timed she smiled... 更多
This place is a mainstay for the Police Week crowd. Many come for the ceremony then hit this place up for the commemorative pint glass. I know I have my share. They do great things during Police Week and the food/service and drinks are all top notch!
The Chophouse is another place where we often go for business lunches, retirements, etc. The food is quite good. They bring out really nice cornbread in little cast iron skillets. The steaks that I've had have been excellent, and they do an unusual salad with blueberries and pumpkin seeds that I really enjoyed. It's pretty loud and crowded, so not... 更多
This is a neat place. They brew their own beer, and according to the website, they seem to have good happy hour deals. We went for brunch and had $2 mimosas...seems they were made with fresh squeezed orange juice. They give you a free skillet of cornbread upon arrival. It was hot and pretty good. I ordered the 7th Street... 更多
After a solid day of touring the Smithsonian Complex, we happened to pass by this resto on the way to the metro. After checking out some of the reviews, we made a reservation online and returned later for dinner. During hockey season (or for concerts), we should note that the Verizon Centre is less than a block north. We were... 更多
The ambiance was nice but unfortunately, the service was not great and the food was not impressive. For example, our fried calamari were mostly batter, I ordered the 8oz. filet medium but it was well done, and the chocolate cake was dry - all of which was disappointing. I wouldn't go back.
If ever in the DC area do yourself a great favor and dine at this Chophouse. The tenderloin beef tips is a must order with baked potato and corn. Chopped salad is a great starter with skillet cornbread. I had a great experience as a first time guest and will return whenever I come back to DC.
What I mean is, it was so big, that I couldn't finish it. We were seated at a great window booth in the hustle bustle of dinner without reservations. Great service and good drinks caused me to get heady and order the 16oz Prime Rib. Dear Lord. It was perfectly prepared but just too much to finish. Our hotel didn't... 更多
My husband and I were desperately looking for a late lunch after miles of walking today. We noticed an advertisement for their lunch special, more than we would normally spend on lunch, but turned out to be well worth it! The service was above average, portions BIG (in retrospect my husband and I wished we would've split an entree), and... 更多
