Great food in lovely surroundings at a very very reasonable price. Excellent quality, friendly staff and a great place to dine.
This traditional Polish restaurant is hidden from the main Grodska street in the courtyard, interior is rusty, unfussy with wooden benches, but very busy, serving traditional fare. They do have a kids menu, we had a huge pork schnitzel/ cutlet and chicken strips. Beer is popular and flowing as everywhere in these eateries. Good food at good prices right in... 更多
They claim that this is genuine Polish cuisine and how would I know really. It was very good though, the included starters were a tasty introduction; the goulash was spicy and hot; the potato cakes were well done and the whole dish was more than enough. It is a fun place to, if a bit of a surprise at first.... 更多
Harshly lit with generally indifferent service and picture book menu offset by bland food on uncomfortable tables. This place is in all the guide books but I wouldn't eat here. I'm sure it is nice for a tourbus full of folks passing through Old Town but there are a lot of decent authentic alternative options with a bit more character.... 更多
This restaurant isn't easy to find as it's down an alley off a side street from the main square. But there was someone from the restaurant in the side street trying to entice people in. We gave it a look & it seemed to be what we were looking for: traditional Polish food. Our server was friendly & efficient, by... 更多

Stake and traditional polish food do not mix together and for me this removed validity of “traditional” food, especially, that the name means “Peasant Food” and should refer to Old traditional... 更多
lovelly food indeed enjoyed the entrecote steak , the starter was beautiful , very nice wee place in behind the entrance of the hotel rezyent . well priced and beer is excellant
A little hard to find of the main street but more then worth the effort. The food was well prepared and fresh, the service was impeccable and the atmosphere we very fitting for the area. If we every go back this is the first place we will eat in Krakow.
Tasty polish food in a traditional and cosy style. It is situated in a quiet courtyard in the heart of Krakow, close to Rynek Glowny. Nice and service minded staff.
Chlopskie Jadlo is a well-known restaurant chain in Poland. The branch we visited was in Grodzka Street. It is accessed via a hotel lobby, into a courtyard. The restaurant has outdoor tables and also a few quaint rooms that are spread in a maze-like arrangement inside what feels like an old house. I have to say it wasn't easy to... 更多
