This restaurant was recommended by our tour guide in Prague and did not disappoint. The food was excellent, and I liked that there were choices of traditional Czech dishes as well as elegant creative interpretations of the same. The interior is lovely also!
Cafe Savoy's location is so accessible, though unobtrusive. The interior - to die for gorgeaous old and new, but with an ambience where all are welcome and all is possible. The menu is simply high class yummy and well worth the price. Pork dishes, seemingly traditional, simply melt in your mouth. The sommelier and waiters pointed out the great wines... 更多
Cafe Savoy is a Prague institution and always ranks amongst the top 20 in this beautiful city. However, whilst the food is very good, the staff are not as friendly as in other equivalent restaurants. Trying too hard to serve with too many waiters on the same table and my colleagues & I felt rushed with our meal.
We booked Café Savoy based on Tripadvisor recommendations and were not disappointed: beautiful dinner with offerings from their standard menu and their special gourmet menu which I believe is daily and seasonal. The smoked trout appetizer was the best dish we had in Europe. We went by for take out breakfast the next morning for our trip to Vienna: they... 更多
We had dinner here in early June and were delighted with the service, food and ambiance. The Menu was varied with many choices, not just local dishes, but seasonal and tasty. Well worth the price! The waitress took time to explain the history of this building and suggested visiting other restuarants in the same group (A) which we did with... 更多
This place is perhaps a little posh, but if thats what you like it will be great. Its a place you should go to, to endorse the history and architecture- as well as interior, but the coffee and cake is as good as any other place we have been to(just more expensive).
This is a wonderful cafe, the service is exceptional. It is very bright and airy, the decor is subtle. It is very popular and you would be well advised to book for breakfast and brunch. They have freshly squeezed juice. The breakfasts are a good size without being too much, although the 'french' breakfast is for very hungry people! The coffee... 更多
A fabulous place for dinner, excellent food, (especially the cabbage), very professional, over-all, a place just to see how waiting staff can enhance the whole dinning experience
I have been at Café Savoy many times mostly for dinner or coffee and dessert. I must say that this is my favourite place for a good cup of coffee and a dessert. Their pastries and cakes are my favourites in Prague, they are delicious. I usually order the Savoy cake or the vetrnik, a traditional czech pastry. I also... 更多
The cake here was really tasty; the cakes were definitely better than most other cakes. It was a little bit like a Betty's tea room. The service was reasonably quick. It's quiet central and definitely worth going to if you are able to.
Yes, it is in all travel books but yes, it is a must! Make a booking to have breakfast there and don't forget to try the laskonka (coconut meringue with chocolate ganache filling), delicious!
We had an excellent breakfast at this very elegant cafe. The Savoy breakfast included a magnificent hot chocolate, boiled egg, plenty of toast and pastries, and some cheese and ham. This was very economical in price and was excellent value. Staff were very helpful and had excellent English
