We were a large group looking for somewhere to eat late on a public holiday. The team at the Brew Bar were great at sorting us out. Good menu, friendly atmosphere, fun evening with family.
Been here several times before. Luke the beers, but I had the monkfish fish and chips main. Not overly impressed. Too much batter and very little fish. The salad was a garnish. Burger and a drink or glass of local wine good value. I had the bean burger and my partner the beef burger. Pleasant evening in warm sunshine so we sat out in the street.
Dropped by for a drink with a group of friends while waiting for our dinner reservations. The al fresco area outside the bar is nice. The bar is quite big and has a wide variety of local brews which is quite good. The bar also has a daily promotion for NZ$20 which comes with a main plus a beer/wine.
