I tried this place apart from eating at Fergburger. Once good thing is that is was close from the hostel and it was not as crowded as Fergburger. The burger tasted great and reasonably priced. I recommend eating here if you don't want to wait in line for a long time.
Having decided on taking the family for a burger treat I was persuaded by an ill judged colleague to venture to Devil Burger instead of another well know Queenstown burger joint with large queues. I was enticed by comments such as "It's as good as if not better" and " The Dark Knight is the best burger Ever.” To say... 更多
After having tried the famous Fergburger in the main street, after people recommending us to try Devil Burger i would have to agree this is a better place for a burger. Not only is the wait time massively shorter but the Burger is cooked perfectly. You can taste that the pattie is not mass produced and has a great flavour.... 更多
Still quite average but at least better tasting than Fergburger and there was definitely a lot more room inside to sit and eat. The staff were not very friendly though..
Went in with 2 friends and all of us really enjoyed the food! Went with a regular size burger which was huge and good value for money. Friendly staff, great atmosphere and lovely warm fire all added to the experience. Also as I cannot eat cheese I asked to swap for avocado, which was done at no extra cost!! Really... 更多
We had the bbq chicken burger was awesome and fries with the devil sauce which was sooo good! Must try value for money burger!
Probably one of the biggest burgers I have ever had. It was great! I probably could have ordered a half order of french fries as the full order came in a large bag. Those too were good.
Have had numerous burgers here over the years. My favourite is the bottomless pit. Full of fresh goodness and fills a gap perfectly. I would rate the fillings better than the more acclaimed fergburger. The only thing that doesn't beat ferg is the quality of the burger bun. Friendly staff also here always happy to have a chat.
The burgers here are exceptional (i had to go back for a second one a couple of days later), fresh, tasyy, delicious sauces and not too long to wait. And a good size with a reasonable price. I had the lamb burger (I think called "Mary's little lamb"), it it was mouth wateringly delicious. Writing this review makes me wish... 更多
As good as Ferg burger is, if its not a must do on your list or you don't have time or are just wanting a good burger... head to devil! They are very similar and Devil won't have a hour line during peak seasons! Awesome chips and good variety!
I heard the locals recommended here to Fergburger, so I tried it. It was about 11pm and I'd been walking all day, so was pretty hungry. Deciding to split two burgers, I started with half a large She Devil. It was good, but nothing special. Not sure what the large gets you except for am larger bun. The Yankee was... 更多
Before going to Queenstown, every person we spoke to said we should go to Fergburger. We weren't keen on the extremely huge lines though and found Devil Burger tucked away on another street. We were looking for some nice quick food before going back to the airport at the end of our great NZ trip. The buns are nice and... 更多
