Best Italian in tauranga hands down. I have nothing more to say. You just have to go. Nothing but silence when everyone started eating

My wife and I booked a table here after reading some poor reviews for another restaurant in Tauranga which we intended to go to but switched to Volare at the last moment, and we are so glad we did. The whole three course meal was simply stunning. We both ordered different courses and tried each other's dishes, but could not decide... 更多
We were there for over three hours.I haven't been to a restaurant for a long time that had such poor service in terms of the waiters [there were enough of them ]paying attention as to whether or not we needed/wanted more drinks.....rather strange given the fact that we had been there an hour, the place was fairly full and no food... 更多
We walked in without a booking on a busy Saturday night - not a problem for the staff here, we were promised a table after a short wait. This restaurant would be my favourite in Tauranga. Authentic Italian at its best. Service is excellent and the food is of high quality. A definite must.
Great meal, great service and great price! Do it! Book it now. We have enjoyed our meals every time that we've been there. Traditionally, I am not a big fan of pasta, however...I do like the meals Volare turns out. I love the upstairs view of the Tauranga habour and the atmosphere in the loft, top it off with an... 更多
This would of have to been one of the best dining experiences that we have had. As an ex Hotelier GM this was amazing, the menu and service was exceptional and very much commended. I only tip when due and this was very much the case. The duck is an absolute must & the lanb rack looked devine, they also... 更多
Very nice authentic Italian restaurant in downtown Tauranga. Service was great, friendly and efficient staff and the food was delicious. Quite pricy but couldn't fault the food or service. Most tables are upstairs and the place was very busy when we arrived so Id suggest booking if a Friday or Saturday night.
I don't expect to eat outside in winter but we did at Volare, a few days ago, on a balmy night, enjoying tapas tasters, the house Pinot Grigigio and Peroni beer. The downstairs maitre d/wait staff was warm with his welcome and informative when it came to the food selection. We loved the place and booked in for an 'upstairs'... 更多
