The meals we got were ok... unfortunately for us, the menu is not that extensive and when we were there, both the 2 things we liked the look of (lamb kumara pie and chicken filo) were unavailable. Definitely an awesome view, thats for sure.
When we visited they were resurfacing the road outside this first floor restaurant, slightly marring the view. There was a good selection of breakfast items, I chose the crepes. Our AirBnB host said the eggs benedict were "to die for", but we didn't check.
enjoyed fish n chips, the fish was fresh and cooked perfectly, decor inside not appealing, we ate outside on the deck which offered great views over the bay and beyond.
nice to be off the street, and have a view of the public spaces - and my son loved the iced coffee - its the best in town!
We had breakfast here one day and I wasn't hungry all day long after that! It would be very difficult to beat the view, too! I don't recall them being open for dinner or we would have gone back.
We went for breakfast and found a good looking cabinet full of pies and sandwiches... $12 for a lamb and kumera pie which seems excessive but I didn't try it so wouldn't know if it was worth it. The coffee was excellent but the food lacked any care. The bacon was undercooked the presentation was slack although the eggs were... 更多
