They do not offer steaks well done. So I had to take fish instead that was just average, the espresso served afterwards was cold. Take it or leave it attitude. Bad customer service.
I was fortunate enough to have been invited by some lovely clients to join them for a drink at this rather lovely place last Friday. Conveniently situate on Collins Street and with no show or pretence and my respectful view, a perfect venue for business catch-ups. Us Sydney-siders love that. Staff were terrific. Outdoor area and cosy indoor area. Please... 更多
We had a wonderful catch up lunch with friends from NZ. The Express lunch was just the right size for us. The pork belly, the lamb and beetroot salad were delicious The house wine accompanying it was excellent. We didn't have sweets but they looked delicious. Value for money and the ambience and service was excellent.
Located at the Little Collins entrance to the Suncorp Building, Mr Mason is a great spot to meet for a coffee, have a sit down meal or host your business function or work drinks. I nice sun deck for summer, an intimate size venue and the location that makes it convenient. Mr Masons should be on your venue list if... 更多
If you're OK with a limited menu or sticking to the day's specials and want something quick, easy and bright try it. But for better food options think about an alternative.
We celebrated my friend's birthday at Mr Mason, and from the moment we walked into the establishment, we were met by friendly and attentive staff. The decor and ambience of the restaurant is dark, broody and romantic. The meals were plentiful and of great portions. Will definitely return.
Mr Mason offers a $20 express lunch Monday to Friday which includes a glass of wine or beer - great value! I couldn't go past the 150g Black angus rump with mushroom fricassee, new potatoes and watercress. It was the perfect choice! The meat was cooked well, the size was just right and it was served quickly.
Went here for a work dinner. Loved the idea of shared plates and the really helpful team. We had shared entree's which included duck sausage rolls, pate etc which i would highly recommend. We then had 2 lamb shoulder shared plates, a serving of beans & brussels sprouts, definitely enough for 5 people. Great wine list and service.
