Went early for a friday lunch and was glad we did as the restaurant quickly filled up. The food was fresh and tasty with lots of variety.
We read other reviews and the hotel recommended it as a good place to eat.The web site said it was BYO -corkage was 10.00 a bottle! The food was pretty awful. Our 2 prawn dishes were floating in a sea of bland substance and the spring rolls were large and tasteless. The bill came to about 120.00-and was not worth... 更多
Rude when taking table booking insisting that our large group could only stay for 1.5 hr shift. Went there on a Friday lunch. Staff would pass your table ignoring your attempt to get their attention; they would not ackmpnowledhe your request; No one smiles - they appear and are rude ; always seeming to be doing you a favour; the... 更多
Delicious but quite pricey I thought. At least more so than in Perth. Speciality BBQ dishes or deep fried squid for example are $15ea...and they're not big servings either. We left still hungry to be honest. The decor is nice and modern...but we couldn't see any views.
Went there for lunch with an old work colleague. I was really looking forward to this cause I love Yum Cha and I'd always heard about this place Despite being very busy we were seated straight away. That's where the good times ended. Staff couldn't care and looked like they'd rather be anywhere else. My friend ordered a special dish... 更多
Started with a vodka lime & soda, that should've been the sign when they put lime cordial in my drink & I had to send it back for fresh lime! Duck pancakes were good, duck San Choi Bau was good, but mains came with entree which meant the beef in "Peking" was cold by the time we ate it. Beef... 更多
We have visited this place recently as our son loves yum cha, The food was a good quality, but the staff are generally not friendly. No one smiles! They were pushing dishes at us literally before we had sat down! Sometimes when we asked for 1 dish they would put down 2 or 3 on the table, and when told we... 更多
I have had good meals at this restaurant in the past but this was not one of them. Admittedly it was a little later than the usual lunchtime but it was open and there were still plenty of people eating. We had the distinct impression that wait staff were trying to get rid of what they has left and were... 更多
As a Hong Kong person, the food is ok, but at Sydney prices, it's very costly. The staff is very "authentic HK" yum cha place, which isn't a positive comment :P So just manage your expectations in service coz this is how it is in HK most of the time, if not worse in service.
