service spot on polite and pleasant. Prices average and very busy I would only say that very little meat for what you pay but or 4 people under £100 and a good evening im not complaining
Visited at the weekend with my family and overall it was a pleasant experience. We were sat upstairs by the window so the view of the harbour was lovely. The fact it's located right on the seafront is ideal but it is situated on the more "tacky" South side of the coast which is a shame. The waitress who served... 更多
Second visit to Ask and enjoyed it as much as the first. It was buzzing and the staff were very busy but gave us a warm welcome and a nice table for two. It was nice and warm inside too. Our waiter was lovely and very attentive. I asked for a pizza without cheese as I am a vegan but... 更多
Few better settings than this here about and the food (for a chain restaurant) is good too. Google for offers to make it to save on the menu prices. Worth a visit and if you're blessed with good weather ask for a table outside.
We originally booked for 20.30 but changed our mind and turned up at 18.00 hoping that we could possibly change the booking. Nothing was too much trouble. We were seated immediately. The food and the wine were both excellent and the service was very professional and fast. Recommend asking to be seated upstairs as their are magnificent views of the... 更多
We went here for lunch as it seemed the only place which did not have a que out the door. It's quite a compact restaurant but it is a nice environment and has good views over the harbour. The food was really nice although it could do with a lunch menu as having only one menu always means it ends... 更多
Visited Ask with family and friends, was disappointed with the environment, incredibly noisy with kids at other tables. The bar was poorly stocked, but the food was good, if not very exciting. It may just have been a bad day.
The service was acceptable, the food was ok, but the charge for a glass of wine was extortionate, make sure you check the price list before ordering ! an average wine charged at £7.90p per glass compared with similar establishments @ around £4.50p. Would not go again ..................... No
We ate here on a visit to Scarborough, we were staying at the Travelodge which is a fair walk away from ASK and it was raining and blowing a gale so we were glad to step inside. We were given a table by the window which would have been nice later in the year. I had one of their new... 更多
We visited Ask for my mother- in. Laws 80th birthday. Nice table position overlooking the harbour, pleasant staff, good service & everyone enjoyed their meals. Nothing special but good. They put candles in my Mother-in-laws dessert. We had vouchers- so good value for money.
Had a tasty and flavoursome red pepper risotto and a large rectangular chicken and bacon pizza. Value for money. Lovely, warm and welcoming restaurant with very friendly, sociable and accommodating staff. 1st class service from a male waiter (Tom)
We visit Ask everytime we visit Scarborough, yearly! Whilst the menu doesn't appear to change much this is fine as my kids love the little pot of carrot and cucumber sticks and Garlic bread strips! Pizza's are always lovely, staff always friendly, always worth a visit.
Good meal and friendly staff. The restaurant is in a great location on the sea front. The food was very good with plenty of choice for us and our children. Would definitely eat here again. Thanks
