Whilst staying in Sidmouth we attended this restaurant twice and each time the food was well up to scratch.
First restaurant we came to but not disappointed, had an enjoyable meal on a quiet Monday night. Good choice and meals and drinks, well looked after. Decor a bit tired.
Before my review, I must state we were the first in the restuarant as it opened. This may account for some of the issues we had but at the end of the day it is no real excuse. Resturant had many fies which is off putting to say the least. Poppadum starters were luke warm and soggy, clearly left over... 更多
Lovely Indian restaurant where the dishes on offer are all superb. Friendly staff, happy to help with cuisine and explain ingredients.
Terrible experience worst ever for a restaurant. We have been going here for 15 years plus, food is lovely! We went Sidmouth regatta evening which is ALWAYS busy. We were grateful for getting a table! We waited over 2 hours for our food, telephone takeaway orders seemed to be a priority. When it did arrive it was cold. Other customers... 更多

The older guy had the perfect mix of... 更多

The restaurant is quite small and the tables situated close together but if you want a tasty meal and are not trying to have a romantic intimate... 更多
Ate there during Sidmouth Folk Week. Food and service were excellent. Prices were reasonable. Started with popadoms with the usual chutneys, followed by chicken dhanzak, pilau rice and mushroom rice, sag aloo. As with most Indian restaurants, was totally full when we finished.
