Went for lunch, a lovely setting overlooking the harbour. Had Linguine de Mere which was full of Mussels Clams Calamari Octopus and one huge King Prawn. A must visit if on Marsaxlokk.
Most harbourside restaurants were only serving full meals at lunchtime when we visited. Glad we called here as we only wanted a light bite. Pleasant staff and the toasted sandwiches were delicious and nicely presented.
The worst meal we have ever , and I mean ever , had served to us . The sea food was not fresh , some of the mussels hadn't opened the vegetables were shrivelled and been reheated . The staff were sullen and disinterested and this in a town noted for its sea food! We live in a fishing area... 更多
We treated ourselves to the fish platter for two on our visit to Marsaxlokk, in the South of the island. It proved to be the perfect choice for us, and the taste and selection was perfect. Had a wonderful dinner. The service was excellent and the menu varied. An extremely good selelection of wines. We were served complimentary bruschetta, which was delicious. We both had rabbit, it fell off the bone and was really tasty. The maltese bread served with the meal was very fresh. Decafinated coffee was perfect. It came with the best biscuit I... 更多

The place has really grown and now become one of the best places or indeed the best. It is a great place to sit and watch the tourist going past. The lunch was great and the staff excellent.
A real treat on a Sunday to go to the hustle and bustle of the market at Marsaxlokk then relax with amazing food at Southport Villa. We chose to sit at the back of this charming hotel right on the waterfront. For starter I had a mix fish soup which was fresh and full of flavour followed by a huge... 更多
Marsaxlokk is a picturesque little seaside village with brightly coloured fishing boats bobbing up and down in the harbour and a host of quayside cafes and restaurants. Southport was a haven from the gloom and wind on a cloudy November day. It caters for the foreign tourist trade and was hosting a large Japanese group when we were there. Our... 更多
