Warm greeting when we arrived, and full of locals (which I always take as a good sign). Friendly waiter/waitress who were very attentive. I ordered fish & chips. The fish was beautifully cooked and came with a side salad and 2 sauces. Little more expensive than other restaurants we'd visited, but it was a lovely setting and the music choice... 更多
We visited this restaurant on three occasions during our recent stay in Reykjavik. After a very poor experience in a nearby Italian restaurant we were glad to receive a friendly and pleasant welcome from the staff here. On our first visit, shortly after arriving in the city, we had a few drinks during the Happy Hour.We returned on two occasions... 更多
Stopped into Solon Bistro as my friend was seriously craving some Fish and Chips and this place definitely did not disappoint. The fish and chips were excellent. Another dish we had that was amazing was the seafood soup...holy cow, this was a good soup! Service was good and fast! A little pricey, but everything is in Iceland. Overall, great meal... 更多
A well situated restuarant/bar in Down Town with good choice of drinks and food. Happy Hour 15.00-18.00. Nice menu and good quality food. Very welcoming and helpful staff.
Great food and better service. Started with the brushetta, very good with mushrooms! The lamb soup was outstanding. Cappuccinos were also very good. Scallops were small but very flavorful and served nicely. Also had eggs Benedict, an icelandic take on the american version. Tasty but different. The service was really outstanding!
We came here on Saturday night, yes it was busy but we were left standing by the door for some time so just took a seat that was free and were then ignored for 10 minutes. Yes we had a great meal and after the waitress warmed to us she treated us very nicely. We had the cod and it... 更多
We ate here twice while in Reykjavik, first time we just happened upon it and we had such a lovely time that we had to go back! The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. It was all reasonably priced too. Thoroughly recommend this place to anyone, plenty of high chairs available if you are... 更多
My girlfriend and I both had fish dishes here. She had fish of the day which was flounder. The prices here, whilst not very expensive, were more akin to what we'd been lead to expect in Reykjavik. Each meal was around £22. We didn't have cocktails but they were between £10-£17. The food was good. Nice and fresh fish though... 更多
This is a lovely modern cafe/bar/restaurant on Reykjaviks main shopping street. We asked for a window seat on arrival and the waitress who was very friendly duly cleared a finished table for us.We both had burgers and chips and must say they were nothing short of delicious.A good menu with a good range of ales this place is a must.
