Eat here. Then if you're lucky eat here again. It is really that good. Had to order two deserts because I couldn't make up my mind.
The food here is simply delish!!!! Unexpected!!!! The only thing I can say is that thank goodness we had two meals here. On the way to Tsingy & the return trip after crossing the Tsiribihina River. You must try out the huge shrimp! In retrospect, the best meals we had were here!!!! Additionally, it's a great stopover for a biobreak... 更多
To say we were just about blown away, after first the complimentary appetiser, a delicate work of green pepper ice cream and fish cake and apple appeared, would be an understatement. Once the entree of river prawn with grapefruit in a tomato bisque arrived I had to hurridly change my order to include a dessert. I wasn't going to miss... 更多
We stopped here on our way to Tsingy de Bemaraha and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. I had a grilled shrimp dish and my husband had a zebu fillet, and both were wonderful. The food is well worth the price and it was some of the best food we had in Madagascar!
Even if I try I could not make justice in writing to the amazing presentation and flavour of the food. Fresh products. Inventive cuisine. One of the best restaurants I ever been. The servisse is very good.
Even that this restaurant standding in the middle of very dirty street, all around are dirty, half-ruined huts... is Mad Zebu very clean place, they have very clean toilete, nice helpfull staff. Serving and decoration was at a high level and of course excellent and very tasty food.
Serves good food, also in English if needed. A bit too top end for this area which is reflected in prices. Cold drinks available. Maybe not the best choice for budget travellers, but nice change if local food is starting to feel too simple.
