Not great service, food was okay price wise. Service was not great, had to ask several times for some water , seated inside when we asked for outside even though there was space
We visited due to proximity to our accommodation and the great reviews. It exceeded our expectations. We arrived before peak dinner time and were seated promptly on the patio. It is beautiful with canopies, lighting, and foliage. Our server was so friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were amazing. I had the cannelloni and the other three had pizza.... 更多
We didn't book a table and when we arrived there was a queue which looked like a good sign. We were seated pretty quickly and although we had to ask twice for our drinks the food came very quickly and tasted good. The waiting staff were quiet but still friendly. This place is definitely worth a visit if you're looking... 更多
We loved our meal here, we both had Pizza which were delicious. We also had wine coffee and cocktails which were all very nice. Service was helpful and friendly. It was very busy but we managed to sit outside and there was a really nice cheerful atmosphere to the restaurant. Overall very nice food and we really enjoyed our evening.
Unfortunately this happens in most of the fashionable restaurants know as "for tourists". The food is good but the service is very slow and sometimes almost rude. Oh and the prices are outrageously high.
In every way, an average experience. The beef carpaccio was first rate as a starter; the mushroom Gorgonzola starter was not worth touching. The tomato-free pizza was likewise first class (shrimp and in-season asparagus); the other pizza was bog-standard. Black pepper had to be requested, and it arrived with an unexpected sneer. The waiters stood around, intent on private conversations.... 更多
Pro: - Top location in a hidden courtyard in the city centre of Lisbon Cons: - Unfriendly staff: Hello and bye were the only words he said to us - Food was good but nothing special: The Bruschetta we had ordered was burned - Very busy and hectic atmosphere because of the many guests which had to be served
great location and very good pizza. But when the server turns you down for simple requests, like slicing the pizza, because he cant be bothered , makes me not want to come back. Day staff much nicer. The restaurant serves mostly tourists, so it does not seem to care about repeat business. Will not go back.
I am Italian and I am quite demanding in matter of pizza... but I must say that this one is great! A taste of Italy in the heart of Lisbon, and for a quite fair price!
Located very centrally in the Chiado district, Pizzeria Mezzogiorno is located on a small square along with another restaurant. If you are looked for a delicious pizza in laid back surroundings you won't go far wrong with this place. Service is efficient and friendly and most of the staff speak English.
