Our first visit and we'll definitely be back - lovely local dishes with excellent service for our party of 7
We've been coming to the Algarve for over 20 years and decided to go up into the hills for a meal this evening. The service & food was excellent-staff were very attentive. We had clam rice which was very tasty, sea bass also very good and pork casserole which was very tasty. Starters too were excellent. Will definitely return.
We have been to this restaurant each year for the last three years and always enjoyed it. The view and outside area is picturesque. The waiting staff are friendly. The menu is limited but the dishes are very nice. My husband said the local pork stew which is their speciality dish was the best thing he's ever tasted!
All visitors to this area should visit this great restaurant and experience traditional Portuguese cuisine at its best along with fabulous Portuguese wines. We have visited this place for many years and the food is consistently good. The owner and his staff are warm, friendly and do an excellent job. Keep up the good work - see you next summer!
We travelled from Estoi, delightful drive through thecountry side. Arriving at Monte da Eira . Friendly greeting, very nice atmosphere. The food was very nice. Wine plentiful. It's a place we would return to. That's our best recommendation
Our 2016 visit was every bit as successful as those in previous years - lovely local food and charming service as well as a great welcome from Pedro and the others. Where else can one get such a fine meal amidst such appealing surroundings? Thanks, back again next May!
We visited Monte da Eira on Saturday (30/4/16) with friends Nick and Susie and chatting over yet another fantastic meal realised we had been visiting Pedro's excellent restaurant for 13 years. We are regular visitors, why? Because the food and wine is wonderful, Pedro and his team are professional and warm hosts, the atmosphere is lovely all year round, and... 更多
Excelent food, nice dinner room and in the summer will be great to have dinner outside. The main course took a litle bit too much time. We will be back for sure.
We have been coming to this restaurant for many years but never left a review Although it is a little off the beaten track approx 5km north of Loule it is well worth the journey Pedro is an excellent host & has an extensive selection of really good Portuguese wines The food is superb & traditionally prepared either in terracotta... 更多
