Very high quality ingredients, flavourful, attentive staff. Faithful to Swiss tradition. Only negative is price but it may be necessary to get wild, local and seasonal ingredients.

Historical restaurant. Exceptional food. I was there with a friend and had soup and a tasteful chopped beef with steamed vegetables plus polenta. We went for our anniversary dinner here... We were NOT disappointed!!!! We had the 3 course meal and it was awesome. White asparagus soup, duck liver mousse, vegetable cheese soup, rabbit, rack of lamb, delicious cheeses and of course wine!! Expensive of course but worth it. The room was historical and beautiful.
