When travelling to Taormina do grab a bite here of the local pasticceria and have dinner at Trattoria del Buongustaio next to it.
Excellence in Italian pastries. We took several trips to this delicious little pasty shop. There is enough room for about three customers inside to pick our your treats. The pastry case is completely filled with baba, cookies, puffs, chocolates, pistachio flutes, etc. etc. etc. We had some fruit tarts and lemon puffs that were delicate, fresh and flavorful. What a... 更多
the shop is very small and not so easy to find, but ...we had the best pastries ever! in addition to the classic cannoli, try their specialties like the one with pistachio or lemon cream...fantastic! good value for money caus it's very cheap compared to other places!
The pastries are not only creative but also the most delicious we had in Sicily. The service is excellent. The cannolis are fabulous !

We had something from here almost daily during our month in Taormina -- they have wonderful cornetti, pastries, gelato, cannoli and cakes. It is especially nice that they are open until 10 p.m. for that late night treat or dessert.
Just opposite the arco dei cappucini, this is by far the best pasticceria in Taormina. The cannoli filled with pistacchio cream are delicious, as are the paste di mandorla. Great place for all things sweet.
