This is a low key, but excellent restaurant near the center of Trento. We had an artichoke dish that was excellent, and the pastas were top notch. Great service as well.
I had lunch there today. Quite nice choice of first courses! The locally-made pastas are very tasty, and served in perfectly-sized amounts. I am still talking about the risotto with Taroldego (a local red wine). The risotto was smooth and creamy and like a pillow going to heaven. The service staff was absolutely fantastic.
