The place was full of local people, sign of good food normally and it was actually so. Simple but tasty dishes, kind waitress. Good experience!
If you are tired of the typical tapas, come here. A basic Spanish family restaurant with friendly service, even when you don't speak much Spanish. The squid in ink is wonderfull!
We are not familiar with traditional Spanish food, so we decided to give this restaurant a try. Salmorejo is too thick for our tastes, but the flavor is good. The highlight of the meal was the squid in ink with rice. Be aware that they don't always open on time.
Situated in Madrid centro. Small, cosy and friendly place. Local people and great food. It is not so easy to find this kind of place in the middle of Madrid. We had rabo de toro, alcachofas, codorniz...all excellent.
