Three of us ate here on a Sunday evening. Food was average & the staff just did not seem interested in serving, so we left.
The food is so good and tasty. The alió is the best anywhere. The fish, deep fried eggplant, potatoes and thinly sliced veal were all amazingly delicious. We go to this restaurant every time we are in Las Palmas. Also the view along the promenade is breath taking.
My husband and I decided to visit for our second time after an enjoyable meal once before. We arrived to the hostess stand, no one was there, so my husband approached one of the staff about getting a table. The place was not busy. It was 4 or so in the afternoon, in between meal rushes. Might be better for evening meals, but only my three year old left with a smile on his face; chips... 更多
This is one of my favorite restaurants. All the dishes I have tasted have been excellent. One can sit outside here all year because of its favorable location at the sheltered end of the beach. The service is good, the portions are generous, and one can enjoy the atmosphere. I particularly like the owners.
We've been to La Oliva before and never been over impressed. Today's meal with Canarian friends was ok but slow! We'd ordered paella when we booked but still waited for 50 minutes. A paella for four was ok for two. It was nice but not enough. There are better places than this along Las Canteras so choose wisely!!
Located at the north end of Playa Las Canteras this is a great place for a tasty meal at a very reasonable price. We shared deep fried baby squid to start followed by entrecôte of veal. Diners can eat out on the terrace with excellent views of the bay or inside the restaurant. Excellent value for good quality food.
