The seafood pintxos all looked good. Popular place with locals, always full. Had tasty Patatas brass here.
Don't go here expecting finesse, peace or fine dining. Its noisy, a bit scruffy and chaotic. Eating messy dishes on the hoof is not everyone's scene either. However the food we had was very good, fried peppers, Fried Squid, Mussel's and Patatas bravas. Washed down with a beer it was very reasonably priced and the staff are helpful. Give it a... 更多
THE BAR : Think about it : cheap food (3 euro plates of mussels), cheap beer (3-6 euro for 1 litre), and patatas bravas (with secret sauce), and hordes of locals attesting to quality…. say no more. The place was packed to the brim when we visited, but the patrons were all tucking into their food and no one seemed... 更多
This place doesn't look like much on the outside or even when you walk in, but being that it was recommended by our food tour and it was busy every time we walked by we decided to give it a try. The menu is all to order and pretty basic with limited options. We tried 2 different types of mussels... 更多
This is a sea food bar under the street many people come and go. Probably easy to find. Their main dishes are with mussels. But, I tasted great calamaries as well. People here are nice and gave us free bravas. I liked their low prices instead of tables for higher expense. If you are in San Sebastian (Donostia) and fed... 更多

The Mejillionera is a great stainless steel eatery that could almost be called a Pintxos fast food joint. At first glance the large pictures of different dishes on the wall might put you off (and everywhere I go in the world I hate it) but get past that bit of tourist naffness and you get great food served in a... 更多
This is a typical spanish tapas bar, crowded, noisy, but fun and relaxed. The seafood is served almost instantly, while the barmen/waiters shout the orders to the kitchen. The clams and calamaris are delicious. A great place to be with friends, drinking a sangría and eating spanish seafood.
Just order the Calmar Bocadillo or Calmar Bravo. Service is friendly, opens at 11:30 and it is very easy to get a space at the bar at that time.
