the place is not so typical as Schumacher - the food is really nice. we had a pan of meat and a colleague had muscles. the staff was nice to us, smiley ... well a huge change after Schumacher ...
We had dinner here on Friday night. The owner loves Carnival, so there are clown faces and medals all over the restaurant. The food has muscles and schnitzel and steaks as popular choices. I have been to this restaurant twice since moving to Düsseldorf and every time we've been bowled over by the yummy food. HUGE and the mean huge portions at a very fair price. This is a no nonsense comfortable restaurant for couples or groups. If you enjoy Schnitzel, you are in for a big treat! Also as a collector of blue and white porcelain, there is a panel of tiles tantalisingly secure behind a grill. Restaurant with a lot of choice of mussels and schnitzel. Had the schnitzel, which was nice and big. Starter with mushrooms is good for sharing, lots of mushrooms. Price qualty is good
