this bar was in the centre of Chamonix and had a group on 6 nights that started from 5.30 VERY expensive but great fun
The staff in this place are clearly working here to fund travelling whilst they are in chamonix. No enthusiasm, no passion or pride in their work. Great location but the staff let the place down. Don't let how busy it is fool you about the quality of service. Avoid

After riding the Chamonix runs or off-piste, go to Chambre Neuf for a very good après-ski. From 18 to 20:00 until the end of the season there is a great pop rock band that will put you in a party mood. Great crowd as well. Best apres ski in Chamonix!
The toilets were out of action - and it took some while to redirect users to the hotel ones. No atmosphere - no music (though stage set for band later on), All the seats were wet ! (Maybe having been outside?)
