We enjoyed a very tasty evening meal from the bistro menu. 2 courses for 17€ each. I can recommend the salmon fillets and beef bourguignon. Well worth a visit.
We enjoyed our visit to La Mere Catherine during our most recent trip to Paris! We received excellent service and the food was fantastic! This place has a fantastic location, from where you can enjoy great food and people watch. Can't wait to come back!
In such a busy area its difficult to know which restaurant to choose even with the trusty Trip Advisor reviews by your side. We chose this because of the menu options, the really nice friendly staff, the central location and how positive the diners seemed to be about their meals. My wife and I both had the Bistro main course... 更多
One of the oldest bistros in Paris this restaurant is in a great location just steps from the Sacre Coeur. It has classic bistro food well presented if not a bit pricey. You are paying for both location and context. I would not say it was the best meal I've ever eaten in Paris and if it was you should... 更多
Everybody wants to visit Paris. Everybody wants to try true French cuisine! So, if you are traveling to Paris and one of your sightseeing points is Montmartre, don't miss this place: Chez La Mere Catherine stays here since Napoleon Bonaparthe times. And you know what? The name "bistro" came right from here: when the Russian kazaks entered to Paris in... 更多

We came principally for drinks, and lingered in large part to watch the swirls of tourists and local artists circulating around the Place. There may be higher-end restaurants in the vicinity, but if you're looking for a lively brasserie well-situated for people-watching... 更多
A charming restaurant in the heart of charming Montmartre! I love the cozy ambience of this century old restaurant. We enjoyed gastronomic treat like Penne with Duck Foie Gras. The staff were friendly and attentive. Would definitely come back again. A must try restaurant in Paris.
After going to the Sacre-Couer and working up an appetite, we saw someone eating a pot of mussels that looked delicious and we were not disappointed! The serving was huge by European standards...it was more of the typical US serving and for the cost definitely the best dish on the menu. It could have used a little bit of more... 更多
It looked like a really cool place but it was obvious from the beginning that the staff did not want to provide service to tourist. We were ignored several times until we had to approach the staff for service. Very pricey for the plain food that they served. Did not observe the staff cleaning their hands at any point. We... 更多
