This is an inexpensive seafood restaurant with very good fish and chips. It can be a bit noisy at times. Try to go early to avoid the crowds.
I once had a delicious fish and chips here. They were a excelent restaurant right in the city centre. The price was ok. Anyway this place literally went on fire. Couple months ago. This restaurant was burned in flames i don't know why. This place used to be good i wish they reopen one day.
Just a very quick review. The Kingfisher is apparently famous for its fish and chips. I ate in there during a recent stay in Dublin and to be honest I was a bit let down.Sure is a very busy bustling restaurant but I genuinely had better food from a take away that I did in the restaurant. Look its a... 更多
Stopped across the road in the Jurys Inn Hotel and saw this chippy on the way in, so we decided to try it as it was getting late. Walked in to friendly staff who showed us to a table and then who asked what would we like to drink. I thought it was just a regular chip shop but has... 更多
Everytime i visit dublin i always eat here,by far the best fish & chips in dublin if not ireland, pleasant staff, great atmosphere, unfortunately there was an accidental fire when we were there last and we had to be evacuated,as far as i know it hasnt reopened yet as of 19/3/16
I can't say enough about how delicious the breakfast here and the Mexican exchange student who was our server was lovely. I would recommend anyone pop in here one morning. Big pots of tea, nice sausage and the place was busy and had a great atmosphere.
THIS PLACE WAS RECOMMENDED BY OUR TAXI DRIVER! We were staying at Cassidy's Hotel in Dublin and this is a 5minute walk from there. Menu is reasonable and there seems enough choice anyway, pleasant staff and prompt delivery to the table. Most important of course is the quality and cooking - which we found enjoyable and we met a few... 更多
Start with the good points ? Only thing was that waitress was nice that's it! Asked for battered sausage and chips with curry sauce the batter on the sauage with as soggy as a wet sock the chips tasted like hard potato and the curry sauce tasted like out of a packet you add hot water to with still hungry... 更多
What a lovely and friendly café serving home cooked dishes. Went here as it was close to the cinema. We were cold after being caught in a hail shower and the waitress seated us while asking us if we would like tea/coffee before ordering our food to warm ourselves up. It was a nice touch and we welcomed it. The... 更多
We ate here n our first night in Dublin because it was right opposite our hotel. Friendly staff and reasoable priced food. More of a cafe than a resturant but it seemed popular. I ordered 1/2 chicken for 11 euro but when it came there was only a quarter. When I pointed this out the other quarter was quickly bought... 更多
