All of Ennis passes through The Poet's Corner in the Old Ground Hotel. Physically, it's situated between The Town Hall Café and The Brendan O'Regan Room restaurant, both also attached to the hotel and rated on Tripadvisor. Food is good in The Poet's Corner at anytime of the day, with the bonus of Irish traditional music on some evenings. If... 更多
The food is excellent. The chowder and soups with brown bread and a Guinness is an affordable good option for lunch or a snack. Meals are well prepared, hearty with health portions and good quality food. The staff is excellent. They are attentive and will work to accommodate your needs. One of the best Pubs in Ennis.
We had a great night here. The service was faultless. The beer was wonderful and the food was quite good too. We were two Brits who were made to feel very welcome, thanks too all the staff, a credit to the bar..
The food was very good and the service was also very good. I couldn't help feeling as if I was there with all of the other tourists in Ennis, though. There were a lot of us, because the place was packed the 2 times I ate there during my visit. Worth a visit. Just be prepared to wait for a... 更多

Varied menu, great service, delicious food, friendly staff, reasonable prices. Both my husband and I ordered chicken and both the stuffed chicken and the chicken Kiev were delicious. The chicken was moist , tender and flavorful. Each dish was served with a health portion of mixed vegetables. The portions were quite large which meant we had no room for dessert!... 更多
Located right in the first floor of the Old Ground Hotel made it very easy to have late night adult beverages without having to walk a great distance. We enjoyed the music they had and the food as well. When I go back to Ireland I will stop in for a pint and enjoy the atmosphere. Five Stars!
After a wonderful meal in the Town Hall it was a delight to have a couple of drinks and enjoy the eight musicians who entertained the bar. They were an acoustic arrangement of traditional instruments with a lovely voiced whistle playing young woman.
Delicious food! We each had a different dish and all were fabulous! Dessert was great as well! The prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was welcoming although a bit loud.
