Having seen the sign many times on passing, my wife and I had dinner at Nur last night. We read the TA reviews and noted they were mostly highly complimentary. I don't understand why MissJoJo25 had such a bad experience - it was clearly a one-off. I had Babaganough dip followed by chicken schwarma; she who must be obeyed had... 更多
Just enjoyed a friends birthday feast at this fab place . The chef owner put up a magnificent feast of lamb, chicken, lots of varied salad, rice, hot and cold treats. First class flavours and great sharing portions Belly dancing on the night made it very special indeed
Visited this place once, and it will be the last time. Will never step foot in this place again. We walked in and stood at the reception for at least 10 mins - we thought the place was not opened yet and were about to walk out just when someone came to greet us. The decor was very dark, not... 更多
Top notch food, really flavoursome but not too spicy and plenty of it. Very attentive staff who coped seemlessly with a busy Saturday evening service. An added bonus was the entertainment provided by a belly dancer which really added to the middle eastern ambience. Don't forget to BYOB as there is no drinks licence at present. Will be back for... 更多
we went tonight with our friends and had a great time the food was amazing the service was great and the last saturday of the month there are belly dancers who were fantastic and very friendly , such a great night we can't wait to go back
My better half had been talking up Nur since we first met and I felt what better time to indulge than for her birthday. Just a short walk across the Clyde from Central, Nur bears the unfortunate burden of rather poor surroundings what with being located on the corner of Bridge Street and Oxford Street. The nearby properties include a... 更多
Had been thinking of going here for a while but I finally got the chance when my other half surprised me for my birthday dinner. We booked for 6pm on a Friday and were a little surprised to see we were the only patrons in the restaurant at the time. However, the unease was quickly remedied after having a look... 更多
A great place to spend a Saturday evening with girlfriends. The atmosphere and decor are wonderful. The food authentic and delicious: I would recommend the babaganough (please excuse the spelling) and for main the chicken and spinach tagine. Fabulous flavours and spices create pleasurable dishes that are filling and memorable. BYOB for a girls' night of food, laughter and wine!
