Even though I have been to the UK many times, I was never able to fit in a trip to Wales. This past trip we planned to visit Chester, in the Western side of the country...and near to Wales. We had a BritRail pass, I found a train that left in the morning and back later in the day to... 更多
We LOVE love LOVE Blue Sky! Their vegan Thai tofu burgers are hands down the best burgers we've ever had! Whenever we are in the area we always go to Blue Sky for their amazing food and lovely atmosphere. And now I want that burger!!! Good thing I'm going there on Wednesday! Only recommendation: It would be nice to have... 更多
Another great meal at Blue Sky for our Wedding Anniversary last week. I enjoyed a Thai Tofu Burger in Artisan Bread with Caramelised Pineapple and an enormous Salad. My husband had the Welsh Rarebit with local cheddar cheese and ale, again with a big salad. We shared a portion of yummy Chips, all cooked to perfection! Blue Sky Tea in... 更多
Tucked away up a side alley on Bangor's high street, its easy to walk past Blue Sky. Maybe that's why its taken me 2 years of being here to finally go. Wasn't disappointed! The Chicken basket is unbelievable, and I love all the little sides that come with the sandwiches.
For two years I had a weekly lunch date at the Blue Sky Café and it never disappointed! The portions are huge and great value for money. It’s so nice to know all the ingredients are organic (where possible) and have come from good places! I thoroughly recommend the cob salad and the chicken in a basket, and also their... 更多
Amazing food and a great atmosphere need I say More? There was 6 of us and we each had something different. All meals were well presented and there was a lot of food. More pricey than a weatherspoons but it was so worth it.
This cafe is an old fashoined hang out place. it can be difficult to find as it is located up a small alley, the only clue being a sign on the street, I sometimes miss it even though I know where it is! With mismatched seating, including some big squashy sofas and chairs it looks and feels homely. The food... 更多
I've been here a few times, and always leave happy! The combination of being slightly off the high street & the setup of the place makes you feel relaxed, even when the place is busy. I'd wholeheartedly recommend the cowboy breakfast.
Following the closure of Liverpool's MelloMello, I was left with a veggie friendly jazz-cafe shaped hole in my heart...then I stumbled upon Blue Sky. Blue Sky has been named in the Waitrose good food guide for a number of consecutive years. Based up a short alley on Bangor's large and busy high street, it truly feels like a hiden haven... 更多
Having seen the fact it was near the top of the Bangor list on trip advisor decided to hunt it out having seen the signs. Arrived at 3 to packed house but as soon as we arrived a table emptied so we sat straight down. Toilets are small but very clean and we ordered at the till and very quickly... 更多
