We live locally and visit Pulcinella quite frequently. The food is consistently good and we always receive a warm welcome and excellent service.
We ate here on an overnight stop in Bangor, choosing it largely because we were tired and it was very close to our hotel. Stepping inside, it sort of feels like you are in someone's kitchen or dining room. The tables and chairs were very plain and unfussy, more Ikea than anything else. Had a very enjoyable evening at this unfussy restaurant. Simple wooden shack appearance with views across water. However the interior decor could be made more warm and soft for winter dining. Good for groups/families. Varied menu and well cooked food. Cheerful staff.
