Lovely wine shop with food attached and great choice of charcuterie and cheeses to complement the wine. Most enjoyable
Simple idea, great place, hasn't changed in years. The only thing important here is the wine and the customers. Don't expect anything smart by way of decor, just enjoy the wine.
Great venue for a glass of wine and some cheese and salamis. Tucked in the vaulted cellar (no phone signal) is a great escape from a busy London. If you want to drink a wine that would be £100 in a restaurant and you only want to pay £30 go here where they decant it for you. The guy who runs it is very knowledgable and helpfull with any pretention. The food is buffet style, good quality but just to assist the drinking of the wine.
Not a book in sight just floor to ceiling wine racked as books would be in the library. Select a bottle and take it to be 'read' with balancing cheeses!

A mix of wine merchant, wine bar and restaurant. Only used it to quaff a shared bottle and then a second. We didn't eat but small snacks available and ww could... 更多
