Had an ice cream on the way past, very expensive otherwise 5 stars ✨. Nice choice of ice cream. lovely position to sit in the sun ☀ watching the beach volleyball whilst eating your ice-cream , nice atmosphere too.
Probably the best spot on the seafront to buy coffee, nice and strong, not bitter, well made by friendly staff. Good locally made ice cream, if a little pricey. They also do their own squeezed orange juice. Nice place to sit and people watch, park your bike or watch the volleyball.

Had a fantastic breakfast here this week. Using real patisserie bread, best there is in my opinion, we had a couple of massive, tasty toasties and a couple of decent coffees. Whole order less than £10, service by a local legend was excellent. Wish I'd found this place sooner, rather than just passing by.
Being at an excellent location, if tourists are whiling away time at the beach or strolling along the Lanes, they are bound to come across the Pump Room. Do go in and taste their coffee, it's delicious and seems more so due to the excellent view.
