As a student at Cambridge this place is fantastic for a light lunch with a discount. The food is nice - nothing super special, but it's such a great location and definitely is a great place to meet friends. It looks over King's College - So picturesque and beautiful. The staff are also always friendly too. Would recommend this as... 更多
I was in the UK for a few days from the US and wanted some good fish and chips. I am from the UK but left to live in the US 18 years ago. I didn't have time to do much research and was out walking in Cambridge when I saw the Copper Kettle. It looked busy (a a good... 更多
Came here on a Tuesday evening and had the 3 course set menu. Everything from the presentation of the food to the delicious taste of every course was excellent. Staff friendly and attentive (but not too attentive). An absolute bonus is the location of this Restaurant - right opposite King's College! Recommended!
The copper kettle is a Cambridge perennial and was here when I was a student over thirty years ago. It is still a standby when I visit my son here. I haven't tried the evening restaurant but for lunch or tea and snack it reliably delivers and is recommended.
The view of King's College (and Chapel) is stellar from the windows or outdoor seats here at this little restaurant - Greek food is a specialty as well - but all the standard English fare is also well cooked and delivered
Location splendid overlooks King's College. Welcoming and innovative décor. Efficient and friendly staff. A good range of English and Turkish, tasty and well presented and good value for money as very generous portions
Definitely recommend. Like the title says. I go here often for good and drink. Sit outside its a great location right outside kings college in the most beautiful part of Cambridge. Great breakfast menu too
Great restaurant with summer terrace ) in the heart of the city centre. Just one and very important recommendation - before ordering something ask the waiter how heavy your dish is. The greek traditional moussaka is really oily dish ) All other is good )
Meze came with one vine leave and half a pitta bread to go with the four dips. ( very stingy ). The Kebab was served in a ton of Yoghurt with the other half of pitta bread. I suggest the owner should get there selves down to North London to see how proper Kebabs are done. Rubbish food.
Went in for a late lunch. The staff were friendly enough but not the most welcoming. The food was obviously reheated, which I get isn't totally unusual, but honestly they could've at least tried harder to hide it. It would've been nice if the outside wasn't burning hot while spots on the inside were a bit cold. The food itself... 更多
