Wonderful dinner. Bring your own wine to accentuate the wonderful quality of food made by Chantal. Escargot gratinee, brown butter scallops, the best ribs, etc. And then there is the sugar pie. A must when in Edmundston.
Stopped here and hoped for a good meal based on past reviews. The meal was so good, we almost licked our plates. I am amazed of the quality and taste of the food. Thanks to trip advisor, we found this place on an overnight trip through Edmundston. What a brilliant restaurant! We arrived about 6:30 without a reservation, which was a mistake. I had dinner at Chantal's and really enjoyed it. The service is outstanding, and the food is in my opinion the best you can find in NB. We are Spaniards on a road trip in Eastern Canada and Chantal's was one of the best culinary experiences we had. I strongly recommend it.
