Perfect dinner for the two of us. Nice and light meal after a day in the cold. The server was attentive and polite. I had the Seasoned Beef Rice Vermicelli and my boyfriend had the Pork Pho soup.
We are staying at the Falcon Ridge hotel and ordered takeout 2 nights in a row from Indochine. The Satay Beef Pho and the salad rolls were exactly what I was craving, no weird meat just delightfully tender tender thin beef strips. Service was very friendly and quick. Had to go back the next night for the same!
Indochine Vietnamese Fusion Cuisine has amazing flavours, a really nice dining room and friendly service. If I were to base this solely on the taste of the food I would say 10/10. However: the service was slow (with only one server); the food took a long time to arrive; the table was sticky even after requesting a wipe down; the... 更多
Our family of 5 ordered take out as we were staying at Stoneridge next door and didn't feel like cooking. Food wasn't quite ready for us - restaurant was very busy. Food was good - kids enjoyed their vermicelli bowls which had a decent amount of meat. Curry chicken was a smaller portion, but tasty, satay soup could use more... 更多
I haven't been in quite some time now, and I'm getting some pretty wicked cravings for the food there. Any time that we have gone, the food has been very good, very tasteful and good portions. I love their shrimp salad rolls. I always seem to get the Beef Rice Vermicelli and my husband gets the pork. Time to go... 更多
Use to come here on a regular basis before moving - great food & service! Was able to swing another visit here after being away for 5 years & was SO happy to learn that it was the same owners, food quality and service style! Would highly recommend it!
Not wanting to pay for a higher priced dinner we stopped here for a quick bite. Service was prompt and food was served hot. Broth in Pho was tasty and as good as our fav in the big city.
The Indochine Restaurant is housed in the same building as the Falcon Crest Lodge but is owned and run separately than the lodge. The restaurant opened at 5pm. It was not really busy when we went in shortly after 6 but picked up after that. We had the gyoza which was a type of meat filled dumpling and there were... 更多
The menu lacked many items compared to other Vietnamese restaurants, however, it was satisfying. It was slightly on the pricier side, it is the only Vietnamese restaurant in Canmore. I only disliked the mint leaves that was placed in the salad roll and my vermicelli bowl. It took forever to pick them out. Usually, they leave these optional on a... 更多
