I fee like the people were very nice but the service was very slow and the food was not very good. The French onion soup didn't have any taste. Just onions and water though the cheese on top was ok.
As part of a chain you know what you are going to get. We stopped here for breakfast as we stayed at the hotel connected to the restaurant. The food was good, but nothing memorable.
We visited Ricky's on a Sunday evening around 7 pm after the dinner rush. The service was excellent from both the host and the waiter. Our food was served promptly and it was delicious. The smokehouse pulled pork is highly recommended. My only suggestion is for Ricky's to add a WiFi signal. We were hoping to plan our activities for... 更多
We've taken our family there a few times-one time it was 8:15 and the hostess quickly told us that the restaurant was closing at 9:00. We felt we were not welcome to come in at all. Hmmnnn.....okay, I get it. But the second time we went, we were bunched together in one area (it's a fairly large restaurant) close to... 更多
We did not have WiFi connection. If we would have had...we would of selected somewhere else to eat. But we were tired from traveling and just wanted to settle. Ordered french onion soup and prawns. Both were good. I really did not understand the NY City pictures and decorations. Why would you not feature the Yukon or local artists?? And... 更多
A lot of food on the menu were not available! Waiter seemed new because he looked unprepared for a party of 13 people. I ordered a burger with fries. The fries were overlooked and greasy. Restaurant didn't seem clean, booth seats were torn and taped up.
Visited this Ricky's location with my wife.. I had the southern chicken strips which were really good, the wife had beef dip (which was very salty) and chicken strip poutine. When the waitress brought the poutine to the table, she noticed that the diced up chicken strips looked undercooked and sent it back.. Good catch on her part, bad job... 更多
The staff is very good and efficient. We eat here for lunch a lot and find the menu good and varied. One person always has a burger and is never disappointed. I enjoy the liver and onions - not very often available in Whitehorse Restaurants. It is always reliable for a nice lunch.
Had two meals there, breakfast and dinner. Although the staff were attentative, the good was not up to par with the other Ricki's that I have visited.
