Great place for breakfast in this tiny place. You will get the traditional French Canadian fare and a glimpse of history as this restaurant was featured in the book and film "Le matou". A must go for tourists.

You'll never find a better breakfast in Montreal than this place. A genuine, family owned restaurant, the Binerie demonstrates its quality experience through all-star breakfasts and exceptional service that makes you feel right at home!
Our son, who lives in Montreal, brought us there tonight. We were close and needed a quick dinner with him (in between shows he was acting in). He had been there before and liked and also heard excellent things. It appears to be run by a husband and wife who make you feel at home right away. We all had... 更多
I come to La Binerie....EVERY time I am in Montreal and recommend it to everyone I hear is travelling there. I have had breakfast lunch and dinner there and I love EVERYTHING they serve. For breakfast, if you have never had or even if you have..get the Blood Pudding Sausage with your breakfast. Yeah...I Know, I Know...but trust me...DELICIOUS. If... 更多
Service was a bit slow as only the owner can take the orders and he was caught with someone who came in after us. The macaroni with meat is good, reminiscent of what Mom's spanish macaroni. The ragoût de porc et boulettes on fries with cheddar was delicious, as was the pouding chomeur. They do use healthy options in their... 更多
La Binerie was probably the most unique and authentic experience of my time in Montreal. It's located near the Mont Royal metro station (exit and walk to the left a few blocks along Mont Royal Ave. E until you see it on your right) It's a small place with stools, a few tables, and a ton of character. Phil, the... 更多
A great breakfast place and even better when you can get it anytime of the day. Philippe and the other waiter (from Italy) are great. Affable and fun and good resources for tourists, they run a no nonsense diner with no hints of irony. Perfect eggs , thick bacon, smoky ham, bread toasted on a grill and Creton (think pork... 更多
We found this place conveniently located a couple of blocks from the Mont Royal Metro station. It was small old breakfast place that has been a Montreal Institution for 80 years. Menu was unique with items such as meat pie, ground bbef and cheddar omelet, Black pudding and eggs. The toast was cooked on an open flame. Portions were generous... 更多
I am so glad my daughter took me here on my last morning in Montreal. The beans were the best I have ever had and I wish they would share the recipe. I loved that they are not sweet. Excellent breakfast well worth the trip!
