Our compliments to the chef and the students. Very professional. The Amuse Bouche plus the lamb and the duck entrees were fabulous. The waterfront view and food presentation made it an awesome culinary experience not to be missed.

The Lucy Maud dining room is in a school - the Culinary Institute of Canada. So the immediate entrance - looks like a school - but once inside the dining room - everything changes. The view is spectacular and the food and service are first rate. Especially the baked oyster appetizer.
Excellent 4 course menu designed and served by the staff, changing on a regular basis. Plating was stunning and each course complimentary to the previous. Staff were gracious and charming and certainly not overwhelming. Will return again when visiting the island.
While vacationing in PEI we decided to try out their Culinary Institute and were very pleased with the meal. We had the baked oysters with a creamy harissa sauce that was to die for... and the PEI mussels that were of course delicious.. however the spices in the sauce were a little heavy- too much cloves I think... anyway the... 更多
We had two wonderful dinners - one was an eight course tasting menu that was amazing enough to make me want to return to PEI just to enjoy it again. Make a reservation and ask for a table by a window, you won't be disappointed.
The dining room was elegantly appointed with windows overlooking the water. The host and server were school graduates who did their job with finesse and efficiency. We especially enjoyed talking to our most gracious server who filled us in on travel to new foundland. Dinner started with an amuse Bouche of smoked salmon on a cracker with aioli. We had... 更多
I had some friends visiting with me from the states. I told them we had to eat dinner here. I didn't realize that the menu would be completely different from a few months prior, but I guess they go by seasons. The students also were on summer break, of course, with some remaining to work in the kitchen and dining... 更多
We'd been given a tip to eat at the Culinary Institute of Canada's dining room in Charlottetown and made reservations the day we arrived. The dining room is situated overlooking the harbor and offers a beautiful view. Be sure to request a window seat! The dining room is staffed by current a former students at the Institute. Be prepared for... 更多
Excellent value, fine dining in the Culinary Arts School. Second time visit. No kids menu but 7-year old grandson was game to try new things. Adults chose from the table d' hote menu - amazing as always. Expect to be seated on time and 3+ hours for the meal, well worth it. This time did not pre-book, lucked out with... 更多
